My Contributions

On the Microsoft Stream team I focused on building up a brand new design team and process. I was part of the extended leadership team and worked to develop the design team’s day to day process and how we collaborated with the data, PM, and engineering teams. I guided the establishment of goals and created an objective process that the new design team could work by to deliver value to the team. My areas of focus were:

• Feature prioritization and product strategy

• Team creative process guidance and workflow development

• Partner team collaborations and cross-organization initiatives

• Feature design and development

• Design team mentorship
