At the core of everything I design are a set of guiding principles:

Empathy

• Design for humans
• No technology for technologies sake

Simplicity

• The simpler the product and approach, the simpler the end result
• Make people's lives easier

Inspirational

• Inspire users to achieve success in everything they do
• User should want to use the product/service

Focused

• Utilize strong process and goals to achieve a vision
• Be just as proud of saying "No" as you are of "Yes"

Consistency

• All parts of the experience should support the vision in a uniform fashion
